Sarah Zhong, CPA

Senior Finance Manager

Ms. Zhong brings a strong foundation in asset management and real estate accounting. Prior to joining Blue Lake Capital, Ms. Zhong began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where she audited asset management clients. She later transitioned into the real estate industry, overseeing accounting for joint ventures and a range of property portfolios, including single-family homes, multi-property portfolios, and commercial buildings—experience that informs her disciplined, detail-oriented approach to financial oversight.

Ms. Zhong holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles, and is an active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the state of California.
