Michael is the Asset Management Executive Advisor at Blue Lake Capital, assisting in structuring its asset management department. A senior real estate executive with over 30 years of experience, he spent 15 years as Managing Director of Asset Management at ColRich, where he helped expand the portfolio tenfold to over 18,000 units across 80 properties.

He led ColRich’s expansion into venture investing in early-stage prop-tech companies, leveraging his expertise in property technology. His experience includes consulting, institutional roles with The RREEF Funds, and co-founding a successful fly-fishing product business.

Michael holds an MBA from Harvard and a BA in Economics with Honors from UC Berkeley.
