Chief Financial Officer

Jag is the Chief Financial Officer at Blue Lake Capital, overseeing financial strategy, treasury, debt financing, tax structuring, and financial reporting. He brings 25 years of experience in finance and real estate, covering sectors such as multifamily, office, industrial, self-storage, hospitality, and data centers.

Previously, Jag served as the Chief Financial Officer for Manulife US REIT, listed on the Singapore Exchange mainboard. He also held the position of Head of Finance for Manulife/John Hancock Private Asset Management, managing Canadian and U.S. real estate funds, as well as mortgage and private debt funds. Additionally, Jag has held senior finance roles at the Royal Bank of Canada.

Jag is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA Canada) and Chartered Accountant, having begun his career at Ernst & Young. He also holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business and Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
