Asset Manager

Craig is an Asset Manager at Blue Lake Capital. A seasoned commercial real estate professional with over 25 years of experience in acquisitions, development, asset management, and strategic investment planning across multifamily, industrial, office, retail, and mixed-use property types.

He spent over two decades with Sarofim Realty Advisors, where he held progressively senior roles culminating in Director of Asset Management. He participated in the asset management of the full investment lifecycle for multifamily, industrial, and mixed-use projects delivering exceptional returns to institutional clients. Including serving as lead asset manager for the ground-up development and disposition of more than 12,000 multifamily units.

Craig holds a BBA in Finance from the University of North Texas and is a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
