Mr. Cohen is a financial veteran with 30 years of experience in financial management across the alternative investments industry, including private equity and real estate. He specializes in financial reporting, SEC compliance, and building the operational infrastructure that institutional investment firms rely on, with a career spanning leadership roles at firms including Ares Management, IQEQ, and his own venture, Hedge Solutions, Inc.

Mr. Cohen holds a B.S. in Accounting from San Francisco State University and began his career at Ernst & Young LLP.
