Investor Relations Manager

Mr. Singh plays a strategic role in Blue Lake Capital’s investor relations function, overseeing investor communications, supporting capital formation efforts, and developing materials and insights that strengthen the firm’s engagement with its partners.

He brings a robust background in business development and investor-focused operations within the private real estate sector. In his prior role, Mr. Singh partnered with senior leadership to refine reporting frameworks, elevate investor outreach initiatives, and contribute to acquisition and portfolio-level projects—experience that informs his thoughtful, relationship-driven approach to investor relations.

Mr. Singh holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Beyond his professional work, he remains actively involved in community service, helping operate a weekly food pantry serving more than 1,000 families and organizing large-scale events that provide food, toys, and clothing to families in need.
