As chief Advisor, Mr. Obhan brings 25 years of experience in finance and real estate to Blue Lake Capital, covering sectors such as multifamily, office, industrial, self-storage, hospitality, and data centers.

Previously, Mr. Obhan served as the Chief Financial Officer for Manulife US REIT, listed on the Singapore Exchange mainboard. He also held the position of Head of Finance for Manulife/John Hancock Private Asset Management, managing Canadian and U.S. real estate funds, as well as mortgage and private debt funds. Additionally, Mr. Obhan has held senior finance roles at the Royal Bank of Canada.

Mr. Obhan is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA Canada) and Chartered Accountant, having begun his career at Ernst & Young. He also holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business and Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
