Ian Jeddy

Head of Capital

Mr. Jeddy leads all aspects of capital formation for Blue Lake Capital. He has extensive experience and expertise raising capital from a broad and diverse group of institutional investors in the private and public markets. He brings more than 20 years of financial services experience in asset management and investment banking, raising capital for alternative investment managers in private equity and hedge funds, providing advisory services and executing mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions.

Prior to joining Blue Lake Capital, Mr. Jeddy was Head of Capital Formation for Hirschfeld Properties. Prior to that, Mr. Jeddy was a Managing Director at The CenterCap Group, leading their Institutional Advisory Services, providing investor relations and strategic advice to real estate and real asset managers across their fundraising lifecycles/platforms. Prior to CenterCap, he was in Marketing and Investor Relations with Global Infrastructure Partners, a leading global infrastructure investor with over $170 billion of assets. Prior to GIP, Mr. Jeddy was the Director of Marketing for Hanover Investors, a UK based private equity firm focused on event-driven special situations turnaround investing. Prior to that he spent 14 years at First Boston/Credit Suisse in its asset management and investment banking divisions.

Ian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Business Administration and Political Science (Deans List, Honor Roll) from Principia College.
