The founder of Blue Lake Capital, Ms. Perlman, has 20+ years of experience in real estate investment, law, and property management. Ms. Perlman leads Blue Lake Capital, which has completed over $1B in multifamily transactions, and has owned and operated more than 4,100 units across the U.S. Under her leadership, Blue Lake realized 30%+ net IRRs on past exits.

Ms. Perlman started her career in Israel as a commercial real estate lawyer, leading real estate transactions for Israel's largest development company. Later, as a property manager for one of Israel's most prominent oil and gas companies, she oversaw an extensive portfolio of properties.

Ms. Perlman holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management Bachelor's and a Master's in Law from Bar-Ilan University in Israel, as well as a bachelor’s degree in law. In addition, Ms. Perlman is a long-term Forbes author on real estate investing.
