Sophia Reinero plays a vital role in supporting the Blue Lake Capital team and ensuring the office runs efficiently. As an administrative professional, she helps keep the team aligned and on track through document coordination, data organization, schedule management, and financial oversight.

Before joining Blue Lake, Sophia worked as an implementation manager in the restaurant hospitality industry, where she trained clients on software tools designed to streamline operations and boost business performance.

A proud San Francisco State University alumna, Sophia is driven by a lifelong passion for helping others and continuous learning. Outside of work, she gives back to her community by volunteering and teaching a monthly home economics class at her local Moose Lodge.
