Sam is the founder and CEO of Bates Capital Group. He started his real estate journey in 2009 and has been directly involved in the acquisition or development, reposition, disposition, asset management, and strategic planning of over $200,000,000 in AUM. His portfolio currently has 1,035 multifamily units in Texas and the South East. They have 1,100 units in the development pipeline.
